My coaching style
I value the importance of the client/dietitian relationship. I aim to meet people where they are in their journey to optimal health and wellness. I work collaboratively with my clients to find the best approach to meeting their needs and achieving their goals.
We are bombarded with misinformation about nutrition in our society. My goal is to educate my clients with the truth about nutrition. I want all my clients to develop a healthy relationship with food and be able to eat intuitively. I teach the keys to good nutrition: variety, moderation, and balance.
