Approach to care
My approach as a dietitian is rooted in openness, respect, and collaboration. You are the expert on your own body and life, and I am here to support—not dictate—your nutrition journey. I practice person-centered care and use motivational interviewing to ensure our work in sessions reflects on your values, preferences, and lived experiences. Together, we will explore strategies that align with your nutritional needs and health goals, always with compassion for the challenges you’re facing. Progress isn’t always linear—sometimes it’s about celebrating small, meaningful steps forward. I recognize that changing lifestyle habits takes time and effort, and I firmly believe that nourishing eating habits should retain joy and satisfaction. I offer evidence-based, practical guidance that replaces diet culture, food fads, and misinformation. Everybody deserves a positive, maintainable approach to eating and feeling well.
