Michelle is Phenomenal, she has a great personality and is such a wealth of knowledge. Our family has learned so much about food and how to prepare meals. I always thought that i was eating healthy and was always upset that i wasnt seeing results. Michelle has helped us get off of that hampster wheel. Specifically, My son who was recently categorized as being obese and after chatting with Michelle within 2 weeks, he was on his way to losing weight. Less than 3 months in, he has lost almost 10 pounds and probably would of lost more if he wasnt secretly snacking in school- sigh, but its a process. Try the service, and definitely try Michellle. She is worh every penny!!
Previous to Top Nutrition Coaching, I had constant stomach and gut issues. I would feel sick after 50% of the meals I ate and I couldn't figure out why. Manju coached me through the Low FODMAP diet for IBS and through my work with her I no longer have gut issues and I don't have to worry about what i'm eating. She gave me tips and tricks that lead me to be successful with this diet rather than handing me instructions and letting me do it on my own. I'd recommend her services to anyone who is also experiencing IBS related issues!
