We’ll verify your coverage before your first appointment so you know what to expect. Based on current Top Nutrition Coaching client experience, more than 90% of clients have insurance plans that provide coverage for appointments with registered dietitians; however, coverage is not guaranteed.
It depends on your plan and your health needs. Some plans cap the number of covered nutrition visits each year. When we verify your insurance, we’ll confirm how many sessions your plan includes.
Many Curative plans cover telehealth visits, including virtual nutrition counseling. All Top Nutrition Coaching sessions are online, so you can meet your RD from home. We’ll confirm virtual coverage when we verify your benefits.
Curative plans generally don’t require a referral to see an in-network dietitian. You will need to complete your Baseline Visit, ideally within 120 days of your plan start date, to unlock $0 copays and deductibles. If you’re unsure, Curative’s Care Navigator team can confirm your requirements.
