My coaching style
I am a believer that all foods in moderation are a part of a healthy diet, and no food is off limits. We are creatures of habit; my goal is to help guide you on forming healthier habits that you can stick with long term. To decrease the stress that comes with changing eating patterns, I encourage making small changes over time, which can lead to great improvements in overall health.
Just as no two people are exactly alike, there is no universal diet that fits everyone’s needs. I like to work with my clients to help them find a lifestyle of healthy eating that works best for them to achieve their goals.
