Through working with Melissa, we easily identified my short term and long term goals. I knew the digestive issues I was having also impacted my overall health, but I needed help understanding and navigating this. Melissa helped me work through the FODMAP diet to identify my triggers. She also helped me fully understand how stress truly impacts your body. I stopped looking at the pieces and started focusing on the whole. That shift has really helped shift my perspective to prioritize my overall mental and physical health. Once I understood this, I was able to focus on my second goal of weight loss, and saw results more quickly. In our sessions, Melissa is always positive and I look forward to our conversations.
