I'm Meghan (she/her/hers), a Colorado-based registered dietitian, specializing in diabetes prevention and diabetes management. I am passionate about helping my patients progress towards their individual health goals with a person-centered approach to my care and education. With over 8 years of experience in outpatient, public health, and clinical nutrition I am well-versed in a wide-variety of nutrition needs including general wellness, kidney disease, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, weight gain/loss, and heart health.

I also recognize that food plays a larger role for us than ‘just’ the nutrients it contains.
