My priority in our work together is to ensure you feel like a partner in your health journey. Understanding where you are in your life and knowledge, meeting you there, and then helping you achieve your individual goals through small sustainable changes and support are key parts of my approach to nutrition counseling. I am looking forward to getting to know you and help you live your healthiest and happiest life.
I believe health is different for each person and it isn’t about being perfect. It’s about making small and intentional changes that support your vision for how you want to live the rest of your life. I also recognize that food plays a larger role for us than ‘just’ the nutrients it contains. When we work together we can bond over a shared love for eating delicious foods while finding ways to honor their cultural and emotional significance in a way that nourishes your mind and body.
