My mission is to help individuals create lifestyle habits that are sustainable and enjoyable rather than restrictive. As a dietitian and health coach, I use the tools and expertise to provide evidence-based nutrition advice and the skills to empower my clients to make lasting changes in their lives. My approach to health and wellness is individualized; it includes helping my clients to stop the dieting cycle, develop a healthy relationship with food, and invest in their overall mental, physical, and emotional well-being.
