My coaching style
I believe that nourishing our bodies can be a simple yet satisfying experience! Extensive knowledge of nutrition through the lifecycle allows me to assist my clients-parents and children alike- to develop a permanent healthy lifestyle and/or conquer challenges regarding the feeding relationship and time management. I personally feel that no food is “off limits” and encourage eating and living in this world- not avoiding it. The word ‘diet’ is not a part of my vocabulary. I practice nutrition through encouraging and guiding you in making small yet sustainable modifications to you or your family’s eating and exercise/movement habits to help you achieve your goals.
