About
I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with more than 7 years of experience counseling clients. I hold a dual Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics and EcoGastronomy, which integrates sustainable food systems and nutrition. I have a great passion for nutrition and health equity, and I strive to support individuals so that they can feel more knowledgeable and confident in supporting their health in the long term through proper nutrition and wellness education. Additionally, I have a specialization in women’s health and Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) as well as any related symptoms or conditions that may arise from it. Personally, during my teenage years and early twenties, I was confused about my own diagnosis of Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome and the symptoms I experienced similar to an autoimmune response in my body. By adopting a whole-body approach, I was able to bring my body back into balance. Now, I am passionate about providing others with the tools and support they need to work towards seeing radical shifts over time in their health, and ultimately lead to a better quality of life. My approach involves providing customized nutrition and wellness education that addresses the root causes of PCOS, while also promoting a long-term and preventative lifestyle strategy to help women more effectively manage their symptoms.

My coaching style

I believe that making small, consistent changes over time leads to long-term change. A sound nutrition plan and healthy lifestyle habits are essential for anything ranging from general health goals to more specific conditions like PCOS. However, it is equally important to eliminate any shame around food and create food freedom and flexibility. As my client, you can expect a whole-body approach as we explore your relationship with food, your nutritional habits, your lifestyle choices, and more.
