My coaching style
My goal with clients is to encourage and promote positive, sustainable, and realistic lifestyle and behavior change through self-discovery and education. I believe that the journey to wellness is unique for each individual, and as a result, my counseling approach is customized around you - your health goals, challenges, and wellness aspirations. I do not believe in fad diets, a one-meal-plan-fits-all approach, or starvation calorie plans. Instead you can expect our counseling sessions to be a space to be heard and respected, and a space for brainstorming, learning, goal setting, celebrating achievements, exploring barriers, and finding inspiration.
Creating and sharing healthy and delicious meals with your friends and family is one of the greatest joys in life.
