My coaching style
I empower athletes to reach their full potential on and off the field without being restrictive with food. I believe that all foods can have a place in a balanced diet. I want you to learn how to fuel for your sport with high quality nutrition, while considering your food preferences and “fun” foods. My job is to help guide you into nutrition strategies that translate into greater strength, faster times, better energy, and a healthier mindset - while working toward your unique goals.
I have had the privilege of watching high school athletes sign with their dream college, been on the sidelines as collegiate athletes PR and win championships, seen college athletes work to transition to professional athletics, and helped countless athletes improve their relationship with food. I love being on YOUR team!
