What to expect in your first session with this dietitian?
Kim is passionate about educating and motivating her clients to manage their health and self care through lifestyle factors. The first visit entails a complete lifestyle assessment as well as a discussion of your goals and challenges. Kim will work with you to develop a plan that is realistic and works for you, every step of the way. She has worked with many clients from differing backgrounds and to see sustainable results and help them develop life long healthy habits. As a Registered Dietitian and Certified Personal Trainer with 15 years of experience, Kim will provide on going support to ensure you feel you have all the tools necessary to meet your health goals.
Approach to care
I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a Master's degree in Nutrition and Health Promotion, and over 13 years of nutrition counseling experience. I also hold a Certificate in Personal Training from ACSM. Personally, I have always valued maintaining an active lifestyle - fun fact, I was inducted into the Stonehill College Althletic Hall of Fame for Basketball. As a dietitian, my specialties include working with clients who are looking for lifestyle changes to lose weight, support an active lifestyle, and maintain overall health and wellness.
Hobbies
I love spending time with family and friends but mostly with my three dogs. Most of my free time is spent walking outdoors, golfing, watching sports and exercising. Sundays are spent relaxing and enjoying some podcasts or reading a good book!
More About This Dietitian
I am passionate about educating and motivating individuals to discover a eating plan that is sustainable for a lifetime but I am also about empowering clients to develop a healthy relationship with food. It’s not about the number on the scale, but rather about developing an eating plan that works for you and your lifestyle. Each of us is unique with a story that leads you to where you are today. I believe in a positive attitude that focuses on long term lifestyle changes, one step at a time. I begin with listening to any nutrition/medical concerns you have and coming up with a game plan that is realistic and fits your lifestyle.

I never thought these things are that good. My entire opinion about Nutritionist has changed. I don't think it's good I think it is important. One's eating habits and what to eat , what not to eat is so important. I won't hide in fact want to share that when I was introduced to Kim Trudel I was going through a bad phase like I was suffering from a continuous constipation. It used to be so painful and I used to literally cry. But in my first introductory session Ms Kim told me few things and within 2 days, yes 2 days, It was gone. I mean as if she did some magic. I never thought that your diet can actually work wonders. Everyone should have a Nutritionist/ Dietician. They know what they are doing. Now, I feel I eat so less but am more energetic and active. Yes, it's like a blessing to me.
