About
I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, U.S. Army Veteran, and Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics (CSSD) with over 20 years of counseling experience. I completed a Ph.D. in Dietetics, a strength and conditioning certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and a degree in plant-based culinary arts. Personally, I grew up on a farm in rural Montana - that's where I fell in love with food and first learned to cook. I have also been a cyclist for 18 years and competed in several events, including TAGBRAI - a 6-day cyclingn event across Iowa. I also maintained the highest level of physical fitness in the Army during my entire 21-year career. With this varied training, I specialize in working with clients who have sports/fitness/weight management goals and those looking to live a more plant-based lifestyle.
