I believe that food is medicine and learning the benefits of what to consume, when to consume it, and how much to consume are the foundations to living a healthy lifestyle! I practice nutrition through helping you make small, sustainable, realistic changes to your eating and movement patterns to help you achieve your weight management, body comp, or performance goals!
I work with athletes and active individuals of all ages, educating them on how to best fuel their body to meet their goals! I believe nutrition is highly individualized and work closely with my clients to simplify things and figure out what will best help them succeed.
