I believe nutrition should be customized to each individual, so I make it a priority to really know my clients. While working together, you can expect empathetic listening and an openness to meet you where you are in your health journey. I view health from a holistic standpoint and find the key to nutrition is balance, I never want my clients to feel deprived or restricted…all foods fit here! Rachel Coury
There aren’t enough superlatives in the English language for me to describe Rachel Coury. I have been working with Rachel for several months on tailoring my nutrition in order to improve my kidney health. Every step of the way Rachel has been fully engaged and extremely helpful and supportive. She is enthusiastic and truly concerned about my health. She created a personalized plan for me, under which my GFR went from 36 to 41. All my lab values have come into a healthy range in which they had never been in before, and I feel great.
