I am a Registered Dietitian with over 10 years of medical nutrition counseling experience. I have my Master’s degree in Dietetics & Nutrition from Central Michigan University and Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics from Western Michigan University. I am a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist and Certified Specialist in Pediatric Nutrition. My experience is diverse across a wide variety of settings with my specialty being diabetes, PCOS, weight management, pediatrics, and infant nutrition.

My coaching style

My goal with clients is to encourage and promote positive, sustainable, and realistic behavior changes through self-discovery and education. I believe the key to nutrition is finding balance and knowing all foods can fit in. You can expect our counseling sessions to be a space where you are heard and respected, as well as a space for brainstorming, learning, goal setting, celebrating achievements, and overcoming barriers.
