Food and nutrition are fascinating commonalties that we all share. As individuals, we all have very unique relationships with food and the many factors that influence our nutrition. As a practitioner, I enjoy learning about your journey with food while using creativity, positivity and honesty to help you accomplish your nutrition related goals. I strive to make you comfortable with healthy and sustainable changes in your diet in order to help you achieve long-term success.
