My coaching style
I’m unequivocally passionate about food! It has the potential to be a means of self-expression, cultural exploration, and human connection. While I absolutely believe that nutrition can be an important tool in helping us feel our best, I also know that health is so much bigger than what you eat and what works for one person’s body and life isn’t universal. In other words, food and nutrition are deeply personal and individual. I want to help clients let go of the idea that everyone needs to eat the same way and discover freedom with food in a way that works for their life and their body without obsession or shame.
“Let’s learn how to work with your body instead of against it. Together we can stop food from being an obsession that dominates your life and instead learn how it can be a source of enjoyment, nourishment, and connection.”
