My coaching style
I work with clients by guiding them to a positive relationship with food to help achieve their health and lifestyle goals. While working with me we will discover your "why" reasons for specific behaviors, especially around food. I practice nutrition by focusing on setting small goals at a time leading to long lasting and sustainable changes. My goal is to set a safe and confident space for my clients.
Let's not use the terms good or bad foods, but rather think about a healthy eating pattern as everything in moderation. Let's take what you want or like and add in what you need. It’s not about having the time. Its about making the time.
