Leah Murnane is a Registered Dietitian and Board-Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics with over seven years of experience working with all levels of elite athletes, military personnel, and active individuals. Her approach blends performance nutrition with real-life practicality. As a former Division I field hockey player at Missouri State University, Leah brings both personal and professional insight into the demands of athletic performance. She completed her Dietetic Internship and Master of Science in Nutrition at Louisiana Tech University, where she focused on performance nutrition and clinical applications. Leah has developed a strong specialty in working with pre-pregnancy, pregnant and postpartum athletes, helping them fuel safely and effectively through each stage of pregnancy. She understands the unique challenges active women face during this time and provides guidance rooted in science as well as realistic recommendations. Her other areas of expertise include sports and tactical nutrition, celiac disease, and food allergies. Leah makes sure each client receives personalized, evidence-based support that meets their individual needs. With a warm, client-centered approach, Leah empowers every individual she works with to feel confident in their nutrition. Whether they're preparing for competition, serving in uniform, or navigating pregnancy while staying active.
