I’m a Licensed Dietitian with extensive clinical experience in medical nutrition therapy, specializing in hormonal, metabolic and blood sugar balance, and sustainable body transformation. My mission is to help clients feel strong, energized, and empowered by using food as a tool for nourishment and long-term health.
I take a plant-forward, food-first, and an anti-inflammatory approach focused on real meals, nourishing smoothies, and only essential supplements. My work is grounded in evidence-based nutrition helping to build sustainable habits that support long-term preventive health
I support individuals with diabetes and other chronic conditions, digestive disorders, and metabolic concerns, as well as those navigating perimenopause and menopause. I also work with clients focused on fat loss, improving body composition, and those using or transitioning off GLP-1 medications, with an emphasis on preserving muscle, stabilizing appetite, while maintaining positive health outcomes.
