My coaching style
I believe that nutrition and health is not one size fits all. I gear my style of counseling to the specific client I am working with to be able to execute a plan that meets their personalized needs. I believe in making small goals with my clients to make those goals habits, then eventually can lead to reaching the larger goal at hand.
My goal is not to provide a cookie cutter nutrition plan. My goal is to implement small sustainable changes that become habits.
