I have a Bachelors Degree in Nutrition and Health Promotion as well as a minor in Management from Mississippi State University. I also have a Masters in Exercise Nutrition from the University of Memphis. I am a Registered Dietitian through CDR and a licensed Dietitian-Nutritionist in the state of Tennessee. My coaching style

I believe that nutrition and health is not one size fits all. I gear my style of counseling to the specific client I am working with to be able to execute a plan that meets their personalized needs. I believe in making small goals with my clients to make those goals habits, then eventually can lead to reaching the larger goal at hand.
