About
I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a Master's degree in Nutrition and 5 years of nutrition counseling experience. I specialize in working with clients who have chronic gut health issues and those looking to heal their gut-brain axis. My interest in pursuing gut health nutrition more specifically came about in grad school. This was a time when I was dealing with my own complicated gut health issues and was struggling to find the help I needed in the traditional healthcare system. Through diet and lifestyle changes, I've experienced tremendous relief with my symptoms, and because of this, I work to guide my clients through their own personal healing journey. Now, so much of the work I do looks at the food choices my clients make and unconvers how other systems, like the gut-brain axis, play a role in their symptom management as well. If you struggle with IBS, poor gut health from yo-yo dieting, chronic bloating, and anything in between I’m here to help. I also have specialized low-FODMAP training.

My coaching style

I’m a huge believer in the power of healing our gut I’ve seen countless clients of mine transform their lives by getting control over their gut health which then creates a ripple effect with their mental wellbeing, skin health, immunity and more. My nutrition philosophy centers around the idea that less in more when it comes to restricting foods that may be causing your symptoms or poorly impacting your health. All foods fit, and together we can find the balance between foods that heal, foods that may trigger your symptoms, and how to continuously practice a healthy mindset so you can live free of symptoms and anxiety around food.
