After getting a sense of your goals and current nutrition habits, we will build out your individualized roadmap for success. I believe in meeting my clients where they are at, whether that is starting slow and making small, sustainable changes, or hitting the ground running with more challenging nutrition goals. I also take a data driven approach to assess the success of our nutrition plan - bloodwork assessments, nutrient tracking and body composition are just some of the ways we can monitor progress and adjust nutrition goals to keep you on track!
