My coaching style
I believe in creating a relationship based on mutual trust in a judgement-free zone. You have taken the hardest first step which is beginning your journey to wellness. Whatever that means to you, I will help you to develop a plan and create a stepwise approach towards meeting your goals. I believe in helping clients learn what they CAN do to feel better.
I like to think of myself as the Quarterback coach. You are the quarterback in charge of executing to meet an outcome and I am here to coach you on different ways to achieve your goal(s).
