My coaching style
As a provider, I would describe my counseling style as creative, sensitive and nonjudgmental, encompassing conversations around food, movement, medical and body image. I am not attached to the results and set goals that are measurable and individualized. I love helping clients integrate nutrition into their lives and seeing firsthand how they choose to make it their own. I believe in weight inclusivity and embody Health At Every Size when working and treating a person.
My trauma-informed approach combined with my years of experience in intensive, higher levels of care allows clients to reconnect with their plate on the road to more intuitive-driven eating.
