My coaching style
I have been fortunate to have advised clients on weight control, cardiovascular disease and hyperlipidemia, diabetes, disordered eating, kidney failure, connective tissue disease, food allergies, gastrointestinal conditions, and general healthy eating through menu planning, grocery shopping, cooking skills, evaluation of supplementation, medication/nutrition interactions and restaurant dining. I am known for my individualized, realistic approach with each person and believe this is what makes my clients successful.
I have enjoyed stressing a positive relationship with food and body for optimal health with various age groups including adults and pediatrics. Remote nutrition counseling with Thrive is a fantastic way to reach the client and their family in their own kitchen with their food labels.
