My goal with clients is to encourage and promote positive, sustainable, and realistic behavior changes through self-discovery and education. I believe the key to nutrition is finding balance and knowing all foods can fit in. You can expect our counseling sessions to be a space where you are heard and respected, as well as a space for brainstorming, learning, goal setting, celebrating achievements, and overcoming barriers.
Healthy eating is a way of life, it's important to establish routines that are simple, realistically, and ultimately livable.
