My coaching style

I work together with my clients to connect the dots between food and performance, addressing any barriers along the way while nurturing a positive relationship with food and our bodies. I operate from a holistic lens and treat the whole person - your nutrition, sleep, movement, stress, and mindset. Our conversations are always a safe space where there are no off limits foods, shame, or guilt. We start with your goals and work from the ground up as we tackle gradual, realistic steps that help you level up your performance. I am here to walk side by side with you in this journey with you, coach you, and cheer you on as you become the best version of yourself!
