My coaching style
I keep things simple and my focus is on providing an individualized nutrition roadmap where you feel empowered and motivated to reach your desire health goal(s). It’s all about finding balance, to be able to incorporate the foods that you enjoy, and not feeling left out at family meals. I remember as a child I went to a Dietitian and she asked me what was my favorite food. She added it to my meal plan. I was so happy. I want to do the same for you, to be happy and feel happy.
