My coaching style
I strongly value a Health at Every Size, Non-Diet, and Intuitive Eating approach to nutrition and healing. I want my clients to know immediately that working with a dietitian does not mean working with the food police, but rather an opportunity to learn that there are no such thing as “good” and “bad” foods. Sessions with me will be spent helping you find comfort, autonomy, and confidence in the body you live in, the food you eat, and the movement you enjoy-no matter what size you are!
