I am passionate about working together, as a team, and I will work to make sure you feel heard, supported, and empowered. Good health is about more than nutrition. I take a whole-body approach with each of my unique clients, and look at many areas of your life! To me, true health involves a stress free relationship with food, with your body, and with your labs and symptoms. Together, we will create sustainable goals and intentions that will help you to find balance, in both your mental and physical health. My goal is for you to re-connect to your body, to find joy in eating, and to feel good. I will always meet you exactly where you are.
