I believe that your diet should be as liberal as possible while still serving you in reaching your health goals. So, we’ll work to include foods that bring you joy as much as possible. Together we will form a food plan that suits your lifestyle and goals, starting with food first and adding in supplements as needed. My goal is to equip you with an understanding of nutrition and how it impacts your health so that you can be confident in your choices every day!
