I believe eating is about more than just food. It is the ultimate form of self-care, a way to connect with others, to our cultures and traditions. I therefore work with my clients to foster a flexible, realistic and balanced approach to nutrition, one rooted in intuitive eating for long-term success with health goals. I help clients make realistic and achievable changes that ultimately fuel a healthier life and sense of wellbeing.
I consider myself in a partnership with my clients - my clients lead, while I provide the coaching, support, and accountability as they achieve a new level of health and wellness.
