My coaching style

I am a registered dietitian and nutrition therapist who has been informed by Health At Every Size and Intuitive Eating principles. I specialize in non-diet approaches to nutrition, whether your child is a picky eater, has a specific health concern, or you are looking for general wellness counseling. I am a trained eating disorder specialist and want to help you or your child have a more peaceful relationship with food. I have a a background working with children, adolescents, and their families but also love to work with folks of all ages.
