My coaching style
Growing up in a Greek home, I believe in the connection between a Mediterranean diet and fertility/reproductive health. When working with clients, my approach is to focus on small, attainable shifts in the diet to strive towards a whole foods, plant forward style of eating. This includes an all foods fit approach, avoiding restriction, learning how to eat intuitively and improve nutrition through small changes. My goal is for you to feel supported, while optimizing your health to help you work towards your long-term goal, whether that be related to pregnancy, hormonal health, diabetes in pregnancy and more.
Nutrition surrounding fertility and reproductive health can be complex and confusing. I can navigate the evidence based science for you and create a routine that helps you to feel secure in your eating habits.
