I am passionate about educating and motivating individuals to discover a eating plan that is sustainable for a lifetime but I am also about empowering clients to develop a healthy relationship with food. It’s not about the number on the scale, but rather about developing an eating plan that works for you and your lifestyle. Each of us is unique with a story that leads you to where you are today. I believe in a positive attitude that focuses on long term lifestyle changes, one step at a time. I begin with listening to any nutrition/medical concerns you have and coming up with a game plan that is realistic and fits your lifestyle.
