My coaching style
I practice nutrition by taking an individualized, whole person, approach. I believe building relationships and rapport are key to success. I want to get to know you, and what you feel is most important to you when it comes to your health. I want to learn where you are in your journey; are you just getting started, have you experienced successes and/or past challenges with implementing change? I want to meet you right where you are and work together with you to implement realistic, sustainable habit changes toward a healthier lifestyle. Even the smallest changes can make a tremendous difference.
