My coaching style
I am passionate about helping individuals of all ages, genders, body sizes, abilities, cultures, sexual orientations, etc. heal their relationship with food and their body. Engaging in disordered eating and body size manipulation may be or may have been your only way of coping with emotions and feeling safe. You are deserving of care and support as you take steps toward living a more fulfilled life. I use a non-diet, weight inclusive, compassionate, and trauma informed approach in my sessions. Together we'll get curious about the experiences that have shaped your thoughts and behaviors around food and your body. With a foundation of gentle awareness and self-compassion, I'll work with you and your support team to nourish and care for your body and mind.
