My coaching style
I believe that there is room for all types of food within a healthy lifestyle and that a combination of balanced nutrition, movement and mindful eating are essential elements of creating long term habits. My counseling style is meeting my clients where they're at and becoming a partner in their journey towards reaching their health goals. I am a teacher, listener, cheer leader and support system for my clients and am very passionate about helping them learn, grow and achieve the lifestyle they desire. My approach includes setting small, realistic, achievable and sustainable goals that leave my clients feeling confident, capable and successful.
There is room for all foods in a nourishing diet. I’m here to help my clients foster healthy relationships with food and empower them to fuel their bodies in a way that works for their individual needs.
