My coaching style
Nutrition can be a complicated and sensitive topic for many, and when you add in other layers of life, it can sometimes become frustrating with the varying amounts of information out in the world. My goal is to take the stress out of eating, and guide you by focusing on the process of small, yet sustainable life long changes that make you feel great! Having worked with children and adults of all sizes, shapes and health issues, I believe that one size does not fit all. Whether you are looking to PR at a Ironman, lose weight, prepare for pregnancy or help improve a diagnosed health condition, my promise is to treat the whole person that you are, and provide you with the tools to get back to a place where food is enjoyed without guilt, and healthy eating isn’t a chore.
What works for one person, may not work for you. I will be your cheering teammate while we navigate this new journey until you are feeling and living your best!
