My coaching style
I believe that moderation is key and that it is absolutely possible to follow a healthy and balanced diet while enjoying the foods we like to eat! When counseling my clients, my focus is to work together to identify realistic changes that each person can make to achieve their nutrition and health goals. I strive to empower and support my clients in making changes that are going to fit into their current life and be sustainable around their work, social, and family schedules. My nutrition plans and goals are always individualized to fit the needs of each client because I believe that true change towards a healthier life only happens when we identify what works for YOU!
