It shouldn’t take a master’s degree in nutrition in order to understand and implement changes to your life! I am passionate on making nutrition work FOR my clients and their lifestyle, all while maintaining a healthy relationship with food. I do this through setting small and specific goals with my clients, continuing to assess and build on those throughout our time together- when you feel your best, you can be your best!
