I believe long-term change is an outcome from small, consistent habits overtime. Sound nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits are foundational to managing PCOS symptoms and hormone health. And at the same time, it is important to eliminate any shame around food and create food freedom and flexibility! Clients can expect to take a whole body approach as we explore the relationship with food, nutrition habits, lifestyle choices and more. In every session, I will meet you where you are and together we will focus on your goals. You deserve to feel happy, healthy and whole.
