Welcome! My upbringing emphasized the Mediterranean Diet, which shaped me into learning more about nutrition and pursuing it as a career. I have worked with patients from different backgrounds, different cultures and with all age groups. I also have a passion for cooking and developing recipes that are enjoyable and nutritious.
