My coaching style
Nutrition is a powerful tool in the establishment of whole-body wellness, however without balance the use of food as medicine can become daunting. I take a relaxed, client-centered approach to this overwhelming school of thought in order to empower clients while not losing sight of the simple joy that food can, and should, bring. I believe dietary balance and variety are essential to optimal gut health. I focus on limiting dietary restrictions, unless absolutely necessary, and strive to teach clients ways to optimize their diets to support proper digestion.
