My coaching style

I see nutrition in the first part of life, from conception to adolescence, as the key to reaching one’s potential through the years. I combine my experience as a mom of two with that of being a dietitian to hundreds of families over the years to help my clients unlock that potential. I enjoy bridging the gap to turn unclear general nutrition recommendations into personalized achievable steps to help clients set a solid foundation in the early years and/or get back on track with a nutritious eating pattern when things have become imbalanced. I focus more on foods to include rather than foods to avoid (”what” to eat), while also guiding my clients on developing beneficial eating/feeding habits (”how” to eat) that will last a lifetime.

Client testimonials

Hear what our clients have to say about working with

Dana Dose
Working with Dana helped relieve a lot of stress and anxiety our family was experiencing around food and feeding. Our family has really come back to our peace and enjoyment surrounding mealtime, and the baby has really enjoyed his new freedom surrounding food. He enjoys being more active in family meal times, and our overall food practices have become healthier and more conscious.
