My coaching style
I believe that it is important to meet people where they are at. My first question is always “What brings you to me and what do you hope to do?”. Every person is different, making nutrition a puzzle. I love to help work with others to best solve this puzzle and accomplish our goals. I have first hand experience in how important nutrition is for different diseases as I am a type 1 diabetic. I bring compassion, energy, and enthusiasm to all my counseling. There is a place for all foods within our day to day life. I look forward to working with you to meet your goals and to find a sustainable style of eating that works best.
