My coaching style
I want to simplify things for you, and am pretty good at that. I want to take the overwhelming (and confusing) nature of these chronic diseases down to a level of “Hey, I got this!” I will spend time getting to know you, what you like to eat and why, but also helping you understand what is happening in your body, and how to best support it. I want you to feel confident in navigating your day-to-day choices as much as preparing for that upcoming off-road trip (just me?).
If there is a chance of slowing further disease progression, I want to be on your team to get you there.
