My coaching style
I love helping others with ADHD make eating as easy as possible. Whether it is improving the diet with small changes or overcoming barriers to cooking and grocery shopping. I take a baby step approach because change doesn’t have to be overwhelming. Once habits are formed we start to find ways to take it to the next level without adding any stress. I focus on intentional and intuitive eating that focuses on what to add to the diet rather than what to subtract!
